A home warranty is a service contract, which protects home owners against the cost of unexpected home repairs (or replacement) on the major systems and appliances throughout the home.
We cover all working mechanical systems and appliances within your home that fail due to normal wear & tear. See our sample contract for detailed coverage and limitations.
The purchase price for our Essential Coverage is $380. Optional coverage is also available.
Homeowner Warranty: Is available to homeowners not currently selling or buying a home (not listed for sale or it is more than thirty (30) days from closing). It is effective upon receipt and acceptance of application and funds by NHW.
NHW’s service contract is for a one year term and renewable at the end of each term.

For each service request, you will pay a $70.00 service call fee. This service call fee is for each contractor who visits your home to diagnose a problem or perform service (or replacement). Additional charges may apply to certain repairs. Details are included in the sample contract.
No. NHW covers the items that are listed in the contract as covered. Please review the sample contract for detailed coverage and limitations.
Yes. We will send you a renewal application with the rates and terms of renewal prior to the expiration of your current term to avoid any lapse in coverage.
NHW offers a recall period of 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor, without an additional service call fee.
Payment plans are offered provided you are not involved in a home purchase transaction.
No, there is no limit. Anytime a covered item fails, just contact us to schedule service.
