National Home Warranty Under New Ownership!
You may have heard the exciting news from your real estate agent, account executive, or maybe you read it online. I wanted to personally reach out to you as well, to announce this exiting news:
NHW was acquired earlier this year by StarLake Holdings. The last 30 plus years have been an incredible journey for National Home Warranty, full of lessons, achievements and weathering the roller coaster real estate market here in Las Vegas. We cannot thank you enough for your partnership and loyalty in our journey so far, and we look forward to continuing to work with you!
NHW began serving customers in 1986 with a mission of delivering exceptional customer service— with our motto being “Service you can trust, quality you can afford.” For over 3 decades, NHW has focused on delivering superior services, based on our commitment to always over deliver and never cut corners. When our founder decided it was time for his retirement from NHW, it was clear that his desire was to have the new owners carry on his tradition of being the best home warranty provider in the Las Vegas Valley. Continuing to provide unmatched products and services in the home warranty industry will always be our goal.
I view this acquisition as an opportunity to better serve you by significantly enhancing NHW’s capabilities, and allowing us to provide a wider array of services with greater geographic and technical reach. Moving forward as a consolidated company, NHW will still be able to fulfill all of our contractual obligations to our customers- including warranties, HVAC maintenance agreements and plumbing maintenance agreements.
1. SERVICE AREA EXPANSION
With StarLake Holdings financial backing and global support, we can better serve you as your needs grow and change, including outside the greater Las Vegas, NV metro area.
2. NEW CALL CENTER
An upgraded call center was launched over the summer and, although we have had some transitional issues, we see the benefit to our customers with lowered wait times during peak call hours, claims processed faster, and the ability to measure performance. We will continue to look for ways to improve our customer service experience.
3. EXTENDED OFFICE HOURS
To better serve the needs of our customers we have extended the office hours to 7am-9pm. This also allows us to schedule calls for you in the evening hours to reduce the inconvenience of taking time off of work to meet a repairman at your home. As always you can call in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays), and reach a live operator for any emergency you may have.customer service experience.
4. A NEW WEBSITE
An enhanced new website was launched to provide direct access at anytime to our claims process. Through this, you can place a claim for service, research your contract, and find valuable information related to us and our industry. customer service experience.

Additional resources, training, professional development, and career opportunities for our employees means that you will continue to see and hear familiar faces you’ve come to know, and they’ll be even more skilled, ready, and able to help you!
Going forward, I want to assure you that our mission remains unchanged. We will simply have more resources to continue to “over deliver.” We will continue to seek feedback from our customers to improve our product and service knowing that our continued success and reputation can only benefit from a mutually beneficial relationship.
